What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order is processed and then carefully packaged with cushion styrofoam plus strong corrugated outer packaging to keep your item safe. After this your order is then shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Most Orders placed before 1pm Central US Standard Time will ship the same day.

The Average Delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number.

Please allow (1) business day for your tracking number to show updated information.

UPS or Fedex will be automatically be selected based off fastest delivery time to your location.

Return Policy

All hoverboards are eligible for a return for up to 30 days after receiving your order as long as it is returned in the same condition it was received in. This includes all the wires, chargers, instructions, and packaging material. There will be a 15% restock fee applied to returns.

Warranty Policy

Malfunctions or defects of the electronics on the hoverboard are covered for up to 1 year by the manufacturer. Warranty starts on the day you receive your hoverboard. All claims can be sent to info@sxchoverboard.com

What can void the warranty? Self inflicted damage to the body of the hoverboard, water damage, impacts or crashes, opening up the hoverboard or any alterations will void the warranty.

What kind of security does SXC use for checkout payments?

We use the latest encryption technology to keep all of your info safe. Additionally, our website is security tested daily and is equipped with SSL protection.

SXC Hoverboard does not store any credit card numbers so there is no need to worry about data breaches.

Can I cancel my order?

We have a cancel before shipping confirmation policy. You may cancel the order before your item is shipped out. Please give us a call or contact us here.
